This command approves a player who's applied to fulfill a bounty contract.

Usage: bounty approve <target name> <hunter's name>

Example:
bounty post [[nijlo]] 1000 (posts a bounty on Nijlo's head for 1,000 [[platinum|plats]])
bounty approve nijlo timeo (approves [[Timeo]] for the reward for pking Nijlo)
bounty approve nijlo kerlyn (approves [[Kerlyn]] for the reward for pking Nijlo)

You may only approve bounty hunters for bounties you've created. You may not
approve a bounty hunter for a bounty after you've rejected him or her. Once a
bounty hunter is rejected, he or she can never be removed from the rejection
list.

Additionally, once a bounty hunter has been approved, he or she can never be
removed from your bounty hunter list.

These two rules apply only for the current bounty. When you start a new bounty
with the same target, the approved and rejected lists are reset.
