Usage: [[resting|rest]]

[[Resting]] will regain lost [[endurance]], [[health]], and so forth at an increased rate.
[[Resting]] will not regain lost pool points as fast as [[sleeping]], but an advantage
of [[resting]] over [[sleeping]] is seeing actions happening in the room you are
[[resting]] in. When you are [[sleeping]], you lose this advantage.

In addition, while you are [[resting]] you cannot be pulled by those who you are
[[follow|following]]. Often times this is needed.
