Rolling elbow is a lagless damaging attack prevention skill. Its damage scales mostly with strength and skill mastery, though dexterity also plays a role. Its prevention time is reduced by constitution. Here's an example with ~450 strength, ~370 dexterity, ~400 constitution, and ~340 +Dam at 100% skill mastery:

Rolling elbow is an intermediate hand form prevention ability.
The attack performed hits the target with the fist and then rolls that attack from the fist, into the elbow. This leads to a most damaging attack.
The damage done by rolling elbow is mostly controlled by the user's strength, although a small portion is also incurred by the user's dexterity. The accuracy of rolling elbow is based on the user's level and dexterity.
Rolling elbow can be performed while the user is under any condition. Like for example, when the user is insane.
The prevention time incurred by rolling elbow may seem a bit drastic to those with low constitution. However, for those with high constitution the prevention time incurred by rolling elbow could not be lower.
It has been rumored that this ability improves in power for users who exceed 100% ability mastery.
