Ruan polestar: Usage: ruan polestar <target> Usage: ruan polestar (automatically targets opponent) A polestar is a guiding principle. The ruanbaere (or barbarian) polestar is to focus all attacking power on a single opponent. The ability, ruan polestar, manufactures that result. While ruan polestar is an ability which is received by barbarians at a low level, its usefulness is vast. To begin, ruan polestar grows in power as reflected by the power of the user. Secondly, ruan polestar can be used while the user is insane or berserk or under any other barbarian induced affect. Yet, ruan polestar can be used singularly, without requiring the barbarian to go berserk, insane, etc.. This creates a strong duality of use for ruan polestar: 1) if the user is looking for extreme power, using ruan polestar after initiating a barbarian damaging ability is ideal, yet 2) if the user is looking for a quick mechanism to improve striking ability, using ruan polestar by itself is a sound strategy. It has been rumored that this ability improves in power for users who exceed 100% ability mastery.
