To post a bounty, use this command; this is another way of opening up, or "putting a hit" on another player.

From "help bounty post:"

Bounty post:

Usage: bounty post <target name> <amount of reward in platinum, min of 50>

Example:
   bounty post nijlo 1000
   bounty post fizax 665
   bounty post iblis 500298

The amount of platinum you offer as a reward comes directly from you when
posting the bounty. If you do not have the platinum for the bounty post, you'll
be unable to post the bounty.

Bounty posts are completely anonymous. When you post a bounty, the only person
that knows you've posted the bounty is you.

Even when hunters request bounty approval, he or she only knows the target of
the bounty, never the originator of the post. When you accept players as bounty
hunters, they are only given a message informing them they have been accepted,
they are never told who is accepting them.

Bounty posts are completely anonymous, even when completed. This guarantees
those posting the bounties are never sought out for retribution.

You may 'bounty approve' anyone you like, not just those who've requested to
be approved. In addition, you may 'bounty reject' anyone you choose, not just
those who've requested to be approved.

However, you may not reject a hunter once you've approved him or her.
Additionally, you may not approve a hunter once you've rejected him or her.

Posted bounties stay active for ten (10) days. If the posted bounty is not
completed within ten (10) days, it expires and all platinum used to post
the bounty is lost. Therefore, it's in the best interest of the bounty poster
to take the bounty posting seriously.
