If you're a bounty hunter, or wanting to go after a specific posted target in an attempt to claim the bounty, this command will list you in pursuit, to be approved by the bounty poster.
From "help bounty request:"
Bounty request: Usage: bounty request <target> The bounty request command puts in a request for all bounties posted in the target's name (unless you've already been approved or rejected for them). Example: bounty request nijlo (request approval for rewards to pk Nijlo) bounty request uda (request approval for rewards to pk Uda) bounty request iblis (request approval for rewards to pk Iblis) Once you bounty request for a target, your name will show up on a list for all bounties in the target's name. The person who posted the bounty will then see your name on their "requesters" list. He or she will then be able to approve or reject you. Additionally, he or she can leave you in the pool of requesters indefinitely. Additionally, once you've put in a bounty request, you can use the: bounties pending command to see which bounties are waiting for approval. You may also use the: bounties approved bounties rejected commands to see which bounties you have the green light on and which bounties you have been rejected for. Once you've been approved for a bounty, all you must do is player kill the target and you'll receive the reward. Player killing the target in the citadel does not count as a real player kill. You must player kill the target you've been approved for outside the citadel. Once doing so, you'll automatically receive the bounty reward (and your bounty count and rewards will be increased on your data sheet).
