Jadior

"The jadior are bird-like humanoids endowed with a magical, light-based energy. Very tall in stature (generally reaching heights of 8 feet or slightly more), little is seen of the Jadior's solid body itself, as it is covered in pale, glowing "feathers" of energy which flare brilliantly as the Jadior moves swiftly. Swift and powerful movement, in fact, is the Jadior's greatest talent; not only do they possess a capability of dealing quick, accurate, and powerful strikes, but their relentless assault can often render the target of their attacks unable to strike back at full capacity. While the physical form of the Jadior is somewhat frail, this adaptive combat technique along with their light-based power to completely bypass normal forms of armor and protection often results in their foes having little chance to exploit that weakness."
