"Closely related to the dragon of legend and lore, the drakes are a vicious combination of the reptilian and the humanoid.
Akin to the mythical salamander, the Red Drake is a being of flame, fury, and greed. Ages of adding to and closely guarding their hoards of treasure have allowed the dragons of the Red to develop a keen eye that can sometimes see into the realm tread by the invisible.
The Red Drake is only comfortable when enveloped in heat and flame; they maintain a constant conflagration about their bodies that can char any who attempt to strike them and which imbues their melee attacks with the element of fire. Their great razored wings grant them the power of flight, and fire-based attacks tend to sizzle harmlessly across their crimson hide. Frost-based attacks, however, are extremely effective against the Red.
Few races can match the offensive breadth of the Crimson Draco, as they fight with an unparalleled ferocity that grants them a variety of racial attacks."
